CR 6250 at Spruce Creek, PA

CR C40-8W 6250 shown westbound (? on the east side of the tunnel) at Spruce Creek on March 19th, 1995. If someone can verify this, please let me know. Terry Nardella photo (he was there to photograph the newly enlarged tunnel as part of the clearance project), collection of Steve Ondik.
