A close look at NS 146313 at Deepwater, NJ on 1/10/14 shows car was original marked as being NS 146327. Car was re-bodied from CR 498454 in Aug of 2013 by Freight Car America in Roanoke, VA. CR 498454 was built 4-98 by HCS as a H2C class 4 bay hopper.
