NS 145951 is seen at Deepwater, NJ on 3/16/14. Car was re-bodied from CR 497430 in Nov of 2013 by Freight Car America in Roanoke, VA. CR 497430 was built 12-94 by HCS as a H2 class 4 bay hopper. Car is missclassed as a HP29R as the former CR H2 class hoppers that were rebodied became HP28R on NS and is stenciled as being built 1-95, which is incorrect.
