NS 145510 is seen at Deepwater, NJ on 3/24/14. Car was re-bodied from CR 496495 in Sept of 2013 by Freight Car America in Roanoke, VA. CR 496495 was built 9-94 by HCS as a H2 class 4 bay hopper. Car is stenciled as being built 6-94, which is incorrect.
