Conrail. ex-CNJ RS-3 #1707 rebuilt to RS-3M #9947 at the former PRR-PC Juniata Shops. South Amboy, NJ. March 14,1980. The CNJ stripes are still visible through the radiator vents. I want to acknowledge Rick Selva for the info about the rebuild location. Rick also said that all of the RS-3M rebuilds were referred to as the "Dewitt Geeps"
