CR 7048 was just another ordinary GP9 shifting cars near Day Tower at Enola in September 1979.

Conrail 7048 (PRR 7048) was just another ordinary GP9 shifting cars near Day Tower at Enola in September 1979. The addition of the paper air filter box and loss of dynamic brakes show it was given some upgrades at Altoona, it was still classed as a GP9.
