RFP 124 at Allentown, PA 07/22/90

An RF&P GP40 leads three CSX engines as they feed 'em the fuel departing Allentown Yard with a short train. This was likely ALCS, bound for CSX interchange at Philadelphia. The RF&P engines often led these trains because of the cab signal restrictions south of Washington, DC.
