Conrail #9 Theater Car on an OCS coming off Rockville Bridge heading into Enola Yard. Built by Pullman-Standard in 1954 as a dinette car for CNR, conveyed to VIA Rail, and acquired by CR in 1982 and rebuilt into Theater Car configuration.
