CR 8088, Harrisburg, PA, 9/15/79

CR. GP38-2 #8088 (former PC) on a rainy evening at Harrisburg, PA.   It rained the entire day on September 15, 1979! Needless to say, even with my rain gear I got wet.  This is not a very good photo, but it exudes the rainy evening.  The show must go on!
