CR 6466 handles a SPENO rail grinder at Percy Hill Rd. between Chatham and East Chatham, NY. on May 23, 1981. Noo...the guy in the yellow shirt is NOT..... This was my first encounter with a working rail grinder...with many more to come, both SPENO and LORAM.
