TTGX 981748 is seen in the consist of CSX M276-30 at Elsmere, DE on 4/1/26. Rack was built as CR 10915, a CR ML2L class rack, in 9-97. It was then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 60564 in 4-25 by MEI ESTL. Rack does not have a new NS rack class stenciled on it. I have now photographed this rack in both CR & NS paint.
