TTGX 978212 is seen in the consist of CSX X216-18 at Elsmere, DE on 8/18/23. Rack was built as CR 10500, a CR ML2L class rack, in 7-95. It was then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28398 in 1-19 by THCG. Rack does not have a new NS rack class stenciled on it.
