TTGX 965628 is seen in the consist of NS 11N at Wyomissing, PA on 1/7/23. Rack was built as CR 9756, a CR ML2L class rack in 9-93. It was then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28344 by MEI ESTL in 9-15. Rack is now classed FB553 by NS. I have now photographed this rack in both CR & NS paint.
