Stop and Meet at MP 127 on 12/21/85. (3)

Though not readily apparent in the photo, BOEL with the 6615 leading, is slowly coming to a stop as the rear of SEBO-A passes by near MP 127 in Chester, MA. on Dec. 21, 1985. BOEL had "scored" three hits on the Chester hot box detector, about 4 miles back and was stopping to check his train.
