During the joint Reading Railway System/Central RR Co. of NJ's transition to Conrail-contracted operations on their Reading Division/NJ Division commuter lines in April, 1976, the "Newark Belle Mead-Philadelphia" May 23, 1976 timetable shows "Reading Railway System Central RR Co. of NJ" replaced with the new "ConRail" logo, with lines above and below.
In addition, "Reading Division" and "New Jersey Division" were added alongside the logo.
As seen on other RDG Division tmetables following the Conrail startup, the May timetable revision appears to be the first to show the Conrail transition.
