PC 754319 was photographed at S. Philadelphia, PA on 3/8/87. Car is ex PRR and was built 1-56. Note it is in a completely different number series due to the added bulkheads; note also the NYC-style stenciling. Car is stenciled "WHEN EMPTY RETURN TO - PC AGENT - MASSENA, NY", possibly for the Alcoa plant located there?
