NS 145871 is seen at Deepwater, NJ on 2/14/14. Car was re-bodied from CR 498131 in Sept of 2013 by Freight Car America in Roanoke, VA. CR 498131 was built 5-95 by HCS as a H2B class 4 bay hopper. Car is stenciled as being built in 5-98, which is incorrect.
