SEBO7A creeps a little closer to the crossovers at Chester. Part of the six stall roundhouse which was part of the Chester helper terminal "back in the day"...of steam, is visible at right. It's still there, but in deteriorating condition. It's ownership was given up by the railroad decades ago.
