Here’s a view of the ramps looking north, of course, Pier 122 is visible. This is also a great visual reference highlighting the differences between the original two cranes at right, and the latter crane at left. The ramps enabled the loaded hoppers to then be shoved up the unloading ramps. What appears to be cracks in the concrete at first glance are actually electrical wires for the light tower at right.
