Conrail caboose (ex PRR, PC) N-5C #23084 & B&O GP- 9 #6526 on B&O trackage at East Side yard next to the river, the GP-9 & caboose are on the bridge tracks and the yard throat tracks are to the left. August 17, 1979. It is unusual is because the GP9s usually worked in other areas of the city and didn't congregate there. I want to acknowledge Zach J.
