CR B36-7 #5067, eastbound, Piscataway, NJ. 9/27/86

Conrail GE B36-7 #5067 with eastbound freight at night around 8:45PM. The freight is at the Prospect Ave crossing, Piscataway, NJ on September 27, 1986. Picture was taken with a Nikon FM-2 manual film camera and Kodak Gold 400 ASA print film. The shutter speed is 1/250 sec (flash sync) with the aperture setting f2.8, the Vivitar 52oo flash unit is set at the 'manual' setting for the full flash to stop the train.  The track speed is 50 MPH and this train was traveling at track speed that night.  Since the majority of freight run at night, this provides an opportunity to capture a different photographic perspective.
