Conrail Superintendent Bill Flight (right) appears to be amused by whatever it is that Jeff Utroska(left) is pointing out to Paul Fessenbecker(center). Then again, maybe he just wants to get those C&NW guys off of his train. Jeff, Paul, Doug, and Mike Morris were in Altoona for BLE union meetings and got invited by Conrail to ride this break in run of the OCS(Altoona to Johnstown and return) after being out shopped by the shops. Doug mentions that Bill Flight gave a wonderful narrative of the line on the way back from Johnstown, PA and also arranged for Doug and his friends to tour JBS the following day.
