Another view of Conrail SW9 No. 8970 switching former PC&Y trackage on September 28, 1994. By this date, Conrail had very few SW9s left on its roster. No. 8970 was of New York Central heritage, built in 1953, and retired by Conrail on August 1, 1995. Doug Davidson photo with permission
