Oncoming TV6 is the reason for TV99's doused lights as the two trains are about to pass at MP 135 in Washington, MA. on Oct. 9, 1997. Shoulda' been up at Lower Valley Rd. crossing, then I could have gotten good shots of both....GRRR!
