Car is ex PC 701078/PRR and is seen here in September 1996. The Univan camp car module is lettered "Labor/Management Fitness Car", the "Working Together For Safety Service Success" logo (similar to that found on the noses of Conrail B40-8's and GP15-1's) and "Philadelphia Union Management Action Studies" or "PUMAS", along with the mascot. It was used as a mobile gym for the MOW crews out in the field. Thanks to John Almeida for the information.
