Conrail SD45 6127 (ex-PC 6127, nee-PRR 6127) is sitting behind the Juniata E&M Shop along with GP38 7802 (ex-PC 7802) in 1981. The unit in fresh blue paint appears to be another GP38, looking like a modeler's unfinished project with the masking tape still applied to its windows.
