CR 4876 South Amboy, NJ 11-18-1978

NJDOT GG-1 4876 at the South Amboy engine terminal in November, 1978. After retirement from NJDOT in 1983, this GG-1 was donated to NRHS Washington, DC chapter.

CR retired their freight fleet of GG-1's in 1979, but the NJDOT-contracted GG-1's 4872-4884 saw their operating days extended to the fall of 1983.
