Lines of retired EL E-8A's, PC, and RDG locomotives at the Juniata shops deadline gives a picture of the early 1978 motive power needs for Conrail. This small piece of the deadline has EL E-8A's 818, 826, 830 and 821(stenciled CR 4011), along with D&H RS-3's, RDG SW-1 23 and, PC E-8A 4247.
