Former PC 3131 was at Conway, PA on 10/3/76. (Note the interesting logo placement). This unit would later be sold to the Rio Grande as DRGW 3173, renumbered to DRGW 3131, purchased by W&LE as WE 3131, rebuilt to GP40-3 WE 302 in Dec. 2004.
