TTGX 979688 is seen in the consist of CSX L217-03 at Harpers Ferry, WV on 9/3/16. Rack was built as a unknown CR ML2L class rack in 7-95 then was rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28428 in 11-15. Rack is now classed FB557.
