TTGX 978183 is seen in the consist of NS 11N at Wyomissing, PA on 1/24/26. Rack was built as CR 10752, a CR ML2L class rack, in 12-96. It was then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 60454 in 8-24 by MEI ESTL. Rack has no new NS class stenciled on it. I have now photographed this rack in both CR & NS paint.
