TTGX 978104 is seen in the consist of CSX Q216-13 at St. Denis, MD on 8/16/20. Rack was built as CR 10292, a CR ML2L class rack, in 12-94. It was then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28707 in 12-18 by THCG. Rack does not have a new NS rack class stenciled on it. I have now photographed this rack in both CR & NS paint.
