TTGX 974612 is seen in the consist of CSX Q216-27 at Newark, DE on 1/30/22. Rack was built as CR 10128, a CR ML2N class rack, in 4-94. It was then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28142 in 2-15 by MEI ESTL. Rack is now classed FB554 by NS. I have now photographed this rack in both CR & NS paint.
