TTGX 158099 is seen in the consist of NS 28W at Newark, DE on 3/23/15. Rack was built as CR 8305, a ML2L class rack, in 5-90 and then rebuilt and repainted CSX in 5-07. Rack is stenciled "CR 4271" and may have suppossed to have been CSX 4271.
