TTGX 157687 is seen in the consist of CSX Q216-19 at Elsmere, DE on 7/20/19. Rack was built as CR 8448, a CR ML2L class rack, in 5-90. It was then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28269 in 1-19 by TrinityRail. Rack does not have a new NS class stenciled on it. I have now photographed this rack in CR & NS paint.
