RDG 38650 is seen loaded with the long hood from a GP9 at Enola, PA on 9/14/85. Car was built in 6-69 by the RDG at their Reading, PA shops. It was never renumbered to CR (CR 579292 in 1976 renumbering guide and CR 543584 in UMLER after 1993) and was finally deleted 10/3/96.
