Ramblin' with WNHA-22 on 8/1/83. (06)

Switching complete at the Linde facility, WNHA-22 starts across Rt. 159 to make the run over to Windsor Locks. Automatic crossing protection installation is still in complete, so the crossing has to be flagged.
