ETTX 810004 is seen in the consist of CSX Q216-31 at Newark, DE on 9/3/17. Rack number is CR 6914, built 1-89, rebuilt 2-98 and is now owned by NS. I know the flat is stenciled as ETTX 810001, but that car number doesn't exist and the rack number matches that of ETTX 810004. Whoever restenciled the car put the wrong number on it.
