CR 8143 on WDBR-1 near Bryan, OH

Conrail GP38-2 8143 leads WDBR-1 west of Bryan, OH at the County Rd 7 crossing back in March 1999. The wooden bridge in the background is the county road 8 bridge that I took many shots from. Chris Howe photo
