GP9 7483 at JLS in Altoona, PA in May 1994. This unit was recently a topic here on our forums as well as on the Loconotes Yahoo Group. It was built with a high hood, but was chopnosed by Juniata in 1992 for some (at present (2008) time) unknown reason. I BELIEVE it may have been a demo unit for the US Army rebuilds that Juniata ended building from former CSX GP16's. In any case, here she is being prepared for trade in to EMD.
