The town of West Carrollton, Ohio, south of Dayton was located on the Cincinnati Line. West Carrollton was an industrial town with 4 paper manufacturers, 84 Lumber, 2 food distributors and a small GM parts manufacturer. Local WOMO-7 switched West Carrollton, here 7363 at Appleton Paper pulling 2 boxcars loaded with rolled paper from "E" track and an empty Southern boxcar that was loaded with scrap paper from "F" track. The crew on WOMO were all very friendly and proud NYC men. The two men on the locomotive were conductor Paul De Pree and brakeman W.J. Wiley. October 20, 1981
