Conrail helper power, which includes 6363, 6370, and 6381, gathers behind the Juniata Shops waiting to make their next westbound shove on September 30, 1994. Note all the ex ATSF GE's in the storage line at JBS, which would eventually become CRL leasing engines and if you look real closely in the background, you can see the half completed road bridge over the yard at CP Rose.
