CR 4111 South Amboy, NJ 3-11-1978

CNJ GP40P 3682 (CR roster 4111) ready for service at the South Amboy engine terminal in March, 1978. Later, the GP40P and E-7A 4244 would replace incoming GG-1 4872 for service out of South Amboy Station in March, 1978.

Following the 1983 transition of Conrail passenger operations from contract by NJDOT to operation by NJ Transit, the unit was renumbered to NJ Transit 4111.
