Class G35

The G35 class was built by the PRR at Altoona in 1952-53, totaling 1900 cars. Several hundred were rebuilt from 1969-73 into the G35A class.

Conrail 518296 is seen at Rochester, PA

CR 518609 - Class G35

Car is ex PC 518609/PRR 378417; was painted P62 8-76. (Color is off due to original slide being red-shifted)

CR 552613 - Class G35A

Conrail 552613 is seen in tie service at Enola, PA, and looks to be retrofitted with non-drop ends. The G35A class was the result of a rebuild program on G35 gondolas at Hollidaysburg from 1969-73.

PC 518415-Class G35

PC 518415 is seen at Columbia PA on 11/22/97. Car is ex PRR 378221, built 9-52 and painted P62 8-75. Car was deleted 10/1/02 by NS.
