Class H46

The H46 class was built by Pullman Standard in 1966 as PRR 260471-260655. 111 cars carried their PRR number to Conrail and became CR 890852-890962. 66 cars were renumbered into PC series 888411-888594, then becoming CR 888411-888594. Cars have a capacity of 4650 cuft.

Conrail 888434 is seen at Enola, PA. Car is ex PC 888434/PRR 260494 and would later be sold and become DME 47081.

Conrail 888509 is seen at Columbia, PA in the mid 1980s. Car is ex PC 888509/PRR 260569 and would later be sold and become DME 47104.

CR 890882 with the PRR paint beginning to show through is seen at Hollidaysburg, PA on 8/28/1993. Car is ex PRR 260522 and was built 6-65.

CR 890886- Class H46

CR 890xxx- Class H46

CR 884637, an ex-PRR covered hopper, is seen here with a Conrail patch job over what looks like either a PC or PRR paint scheme.
