Class 946H

The 946H class was built by General American Car in 1965 as NYC 886176-886225. 25 cars carried their NYC number to Conrail and became CR 887934-887958. 24 cars were renumbered into PC series 886176-886225, then becoming CR 886176-886225. Cars have a capacity of 4700 cuft.

CR 887940 - Class 946H

Conrail 887940 is seen at Enola, PA in the mid 1980s. Class 946H was built by General American in 1964. Car is ex NYC 886189 and would later be sold and become DME 47017.
