Enola Yard - Page 3

CR's Enola yard was a former PRR yard located on the west bank of the Susquehanna River, across from Harrisburg.  Enola was the largest railroad yard in the world until the PRR opened Conway yard in 1959.

Enola Yard was a key Conrail facility serving as a main classification yard located at the convergence of a number of lines.
