CR 505 is seen inside JBS at Altoona PA on 10/5/97. Unit is ex ATSF 8016.

CRL 546 is seen on CSX Q317-25 at Cumberland MD on 9/25/97. Unit is ex ATSF 8073. By this time, the L in CRL was dropped so as not to conflict with the Chicago Rail Link, whos reporting marks were CRL.

CR 557, 547 & 548 are seen in storage at Altoona, PA on 8/14/98.

ML 440 and it's 108 cars have knocked down the automatic-the easternmost semaphore on the old Erie-at 224-2 and are about to pass under NY 17C at west Endicott. A crew change at Binghamton is in their short term future, and then to Jersey in the dark.

An LMS unit is leading today's ML 440 east, seen at Kinney Rd in Campville. Looks like it needs some turbo attention. Behind the 711 is CR 6430/6429 with 20 COFC and 52 racks.
